- What is a picture credit?
- One picture credit covers the first successful download of one project image. Every later download of that same image is free, even if you continue editing it. Building and editing are also free. In your project, a Downloaded badge shows which images have already used their one-time credit.
- Do I really get 10 credits for free?
- Yes. Every new account starts with 10 picture credits at no cost, so you can create and export labeled aerial images before spending anything.
- How much does it cost after the free credits?
- After your free credits, you buy picture packs: $20 for 10 pictures ($2.00 each), $80 for 50 pictures ($1.60 each), or $130 for 100 pictures ($1.30 each). All prices in USD.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Any credits you purchase stay in your account until you use them.
- Do I need a drone to use AerialTag?
- Not necessarily. AerialTag works with any clear aerial or overhead image of a property. Original drone photos are ideal for Auto-Tag because it uses available embedded EXIF location and camera data to surface nearby-place suggestions. If that data is missing, Auto-Tag is unavailable for that image and you can still add, position, and customize every pin manually.
- What does Auto-Tag do?
- Auto-Tag helps you get to a polished aerial faster without taking over the final image. Select a category or search for any amenity—such as a beach, marina, or museum—then review nearby in-frame and out-of-frame results and choose what to add. You can edit each pin design, label, position, and connector length before export.
- How does Auto-Tag camera learning work?
- When you deliberately correct at least two geographic dots on each of two original photos from the same camera and lens, AerialTag builds a private calibration profile for your account. It can reuse that bounded camera correction to improve future Auto-Tag starting points for the same setup. After the profile is ready, learning is optional: turn on “Teach Auto-Tag with this image” before correcting two or more geographic dots. It does not learn image recognition, amenity identity, or data from other users.
- How accurate are the driving times?
- AerialTag uses mapping data to provide estimated driving times and distances from the home pin to each amenity pin. These estimates are for general guidance only and may vary with traffic, road conditions, routing, and map-data changes. Review them before sharing an exported image.
- Can I customize the pins and labels?
- Absolutely. You can change pin designs, colors, icons, labels, positions, and connector lengths so your finished labeled aerial image is clear and on-brand.
- Who is AerialTag for?
- Real estate agents, property marketers, real estate media companies, drone pilots, developers, and anyone who wants to show a property in the context of its surroundings — homes, land, or commercial space.
